Delete your account

You can request deletion in a browser without installing the app. Sign in, open Accounts, then Account and choose Delete Account beside Payment History.

Confirm the warning to receive an email. Open its link within one hour and press Delete Account Permanently. Opening the link alone does not delete anything.

What is deleted

Your login, linked sign-in methods, all game profiles including archived profiles, inventory, progress and personal social data are deleted. Shared game histories are anonymized so other players can continue playing.

If you lead a guild, an eligible member takes over. A guild bot takes over when no eligible member is available.

Records retained

Payment receipts and provider transaction identifiers remain without links to your game profiles for accounting and payment reconciliation. Specific content already reported to moderators remains private until its original 90-day evidence deadline. See our privacy notice for further retention information.

Cannot sign in?

Use password recovery on the sign-in screen. If you cannot recover access, contact service@avatarfight.online from your account email address. Never send your password or verification links.
